The VPSU-800 power module performs AC to DC conversion, transforming an input voltage range of 176VAC to 264VAC (nominal input voltage: 220VAC) into a DC voltage output. It features a wide input voltage range, high output voltage accuracy, high reliability, high efficiency, high power density, low ripple noise, and strong environmental adaptability. Environmental Testing

2. Low-Temperature Testing

Store at -45°C for 48 hours, then raise to -40°C and store for 2 hours. After that, power on and conduct low-temperature testing at -40°C. The test results should meet the product's electrical performance specifications. After restoring to normal temperature for 8 hours, conduct normal temperature testing. The test results should also meet the product's electrical performance specifications.

3. High-Temperature Testing

Store at +70°C for 48 hours, then power on and conduct high-temperature testing at +70°C. The test results should meet the product's electrical performance specifications. After restoring to normal temperature for 8 hours, conduct normal temperature testing. The test results should also meet the product's electrical performance specifications.

Storage Requirements

1. If the product is not in use, it should be stored in its packaging box. The storage environment should have a temperature range of -10°C to +40°C, with relative humidity not exceeding 80%. The area should be dry, ventilated, and free of corrosive gases.

2. The packaging box should be placed more than 20cm above the ground, and at least 50cm away from walls, heat sources, ventilation openings, and windows.

3. Under these conditions, the storage period is 2 years. After 2 years, the product should be re-inspected.
